Signature Service is perfect for savvy owners or investors who want to earn premium rental rates with the least effort. It’s our most comprehensive rental management offering, including everything from our Standard Service plus so much more.

Professional housekeepers keep your cottage spotless and inspect it regularly.

Hotel-quality linens, towels, soaps, welcome gifts, and other amenities that high-end renters expect are included and replenished for you.

We'll even restock your firewood and BBQ propane, if you like.

And if anything comes up during a rental that requires in-person assistance, our friendly representatives will visit your cottage to help, day or night.
